We’re Bringing Film & Culture to Eagle Pass
MIRAAA Media Fest is a biannual, tri-city film festival connecting the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and Eagle Pass. Organized by borderland creatives, the festival showcases independent film, experimental art, and the voices shaping our region.
In 2026, Eagle Pass joins as an official host city, expanding MIRAAA’s reach and impact. This milestone strengthens the creative ecosystem by bringing new opportunities, increased visibility, and meaningful collaboration to the community.
